Getting back on your feet takes help. The Culinary Arts Training Program prepares homeless and at-risk clients to obtain stable employment through  workforce development training. By providing support for clients to build and develop their skills, CATP helps clients overcome barriers to employment success.

CULINARY ARTS TRAINING PROGRAM
The Culinary Arts Training Program is taught by the professional kitchen staff that runs our commercial kitchen. This free 8-week skill building program provides structured, hands-on culinary training that will help clients obtain stable employment in area restaurants and with food service providers.  Upon successful completion of the program clients receive a ServSafe Certification and participate in a graduation ceremony to mark their achievement. Graduates also receive job placement support and life skills supportive services.

The Culinary Arts Training Program is offered 4 times a year.

WHAT YOU NEED TO REGISTER
Anyone who is intrested in signing up for the Culinary Arts Training Program needs to bring the below items to 107 Fahm Street, Savannah, GA 31401 between Monday-Friday from 9AM to 4:30PM. If you have any questions please call (912)238-2777.

  • Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
